"Dataprep Engineer - This job can encompass several potentential roles (listed below). As experience is gained, an emplyeee will increase their scope to include additonal roles, or possibly move to a new role. Likely initial roles would be Boolean developer, and/or Infrastructure developer (depending on the skills of the candidate). Layout Test Engineer - In this role the person is expected to have basic layout editing skills on an industry standard layout editing tools. In this role the engineer is expected to have the creative ability to generate unique test patterns given a set of requirements and later be able to generate an array of test structures which are comprehensive to create a unique test suite of all patterns in the domain of physical verification in particular RET technologies.
Knowledge of ground rules, exposure to memory cell designs, microprocessor design is a big plus.
