Job Description
|
· To head Quality Assurance and Quality control departments.
· Overall responsibilities of Quality Control, Shift management & work allocation, Instruments availability, stability studies, calibration, Laboratory Control.
· Support to SHE in effluent characterization.
· Monitoring the cost incurred by QA, CAPEX Planning.
· Support for Analytical method development for new products and new raw materials.
· Support for new supplier development for existing raw materials.
· Monitoring / Implementation of cGMP practices in the plant, validations, handling of customer complaints, customer visits, audits
· To provide necessary analytical support for filing dossiers for new products.
· Validation of analytical methods, documentation as per ISO requirements etc.
Key Responsibilities :
· To guide analytical team in new method development for raw materials and finished products.
· To provide timely support to marketing in addressing customer complaints.
· To ensure improvements in the implemented quality systems.
· Overall responsibility of QA and QC.
