JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1. Laboratory In-Charge on Haridwar Zinc Plant
To maintain total laboratory instruments, Equipments correctly, and maintain the house keeping
and ensure the Safe disposal of wastage analysed chemicals, ISO and LME documentations, daily
analysis ( FG Zinc Ingots, Bath samples, Raw materials, Ammonium chloride, Zinc scraps,
Zinc Dross, Water analysis, Wastage Solutions) records, Reference manuals etc.,
No accident and incident in Lab.
2. Quality In-Charge on Haridwar Zinc Plant
100% accurate Analysis on timely and to accurate data should be entering in the SAP.
To cooperate with production peoples for improve the Quality of FG, here we are produced
max SHG Zinc Ingots only.
3. ISO Certifications and LME Registrations
To prepared total Laboratory ISO documents on Haridwar Zinc Plant and to cooperate with
the LME Registrations Successfully.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
Higher levels of excellence in the areas of sampling, analysis and reporting. This document
focuses on accuracy, repeatability and reproducibility of Laboratory results produced from
the analysis of raw materials, process samples and finished products to ensure that the methods
of sampling, analysis and the data generated are of a sufficiently high standard to stand external
Scrutiny.
Quality Control Laboratory has to comply with National and International standards like ISO,
BIS, ASTM and LME, Specific Customer requirements etc. depending on the final products
being manufactured and also the Specifications for metals and other in-process control parameters.
It is essential, therefore, that Laboratory engaged in the development and use of methods of
sampling and analysis of all incoming raw materials, process samples and finished goods.
