Job Description
|
MS in Chemistry, 2 years of hands-on experience in analytical methods development using multi-stage mass spectrometry (MS-MS) coupled with liquid chromatography. Prior supervisory experience is required. Hands-on working knowledge of trace and ultra trace level analytical techniques for sample preparations and analysis is required. This position also requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a favorable National Agency Check. Requirements also include the ability to obtain as well as maintain Chemical Personnel Reliability Program Certification. Candidates must be able to work any shift in a 24/7 operation.
Job Duties:
HPLC Chemist will perform HPLC-MS and Ion Chromatographic sample analysis to support process analysis of the newport Chemical Agent Disposal Facility destruction of nerve agent VX
