Key Customers
Internal Customers : All departments in CCPL and corporate Finance.
External Customers: Banks, Governmental Officials (Excise), Customs, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Auditors (Statutory & Internal)
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain regular effective communication with customers on daily dispatches, Air & Sea Shipments.
2. Co-ordinate with clearing & forwarding agents, customs for errorfree timely logistics compliance.
3. Complete DEPB regular documentation.
4. Ensure timely renewals of customs, octroi, & other relevant government permission / approval for smooth working of export function.
5. Implement systems & monitor activities of purchase for cost effectiveness & quality improvement.
6. Implement JIT concept in Raw material & vendored our item with plan to achieve targeted cost reduction.
7. Maintain good co-ordial relation with excise , customs Income tax and related departments.
8. Communication & keep update for related rules & regulatory requirements through consultants for sales tax, excise import, export income tax etc.
9. Co-ordinate with corporate finances & auditors for regular audits and timely completion of balance sheet.
10. Arrange return of rejected materials within scheduled time.
11. Dispose scrap material of the plant inviting tenders and with the approval of the directors
12. Arrange container for export consignment.
13. Provide feedback to superior on issues affecting the companies performances in the area of purchase, import export.
