Job Description
|
1. Responsibility
2. Ensure compliance to FDA ,CGMP,ISO 9001:2000 & HACCP Systems through periodic audits
3. Ensure continual quality improvement.
4. Ensure up gradation of product quality to world class status.
5. Ensure redressal of customer complaints in a timely manner & develop and adopt appropriate solutions to prevent recurrence and occurrence of similar problems.
6. Ensure product compliance as per the specifications prior to dispatch to customers.
7. Train employees to increase awareness about quality.
8. Improve systems in order to reduce the gap between actual practice and documented procedures.
Other responsibilities
1. Discharge the responsibilities of TPM Co-ordinator for implementation of all the steps recommended by JIPM under the guidance of Corporate QA.
2. Discharge all responsibilities relating to parenting of products.
Key Activities Performed
1. Attend daily P & Q meetings and discuss daily quality issues to resolve them.
2. Conduct CA/ PA meetings to discuss and implement solutions & problems
3. Submit Reports to senior as required in the pre-determined time frames, viz. MPR reports , Quality reports etc.
4. Attend monthly HPMC Project & Joint Quality Meetings conducted by directors.
5. Conduct/ attend weekly TPM Progress Review Meetings.
6. Carry out need based training for statistics, HVAC,HPMC, etc.
7. Make aware and share information on various aspects of production, pin development, quality, etc with all persons of respective department.
8. Keep update on regulatory and statutory standards –Domestic & International.
