Key Customers
Production HOD, HPMC/QA HOD, Machine Projects HOD, Store Assistants,Accounts HOD,
External Customers: Customs, DGFT-Commissioner , Octroi Department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Development & Selection of Vendors on the merit of Quality , delivery and cost for components needed for the company for machines & equipments.
2. Liaison with regulatory authorities such as customs , excise for exports
3. To carry out MIS generation.
4. Alert supervisors on rules and regulations getting newly introduced which affects affects import, export.
5. Ensure compliance to FDA, cGMP,1SO 9001: 2000 & HACCP through periodic audits
6. Train subordinate to fill up the competency gap for the job.
Key Activities
1. Receipt of indent from all departments of the company.
2. Floating enquires for domestic purchase and import.
3. Raising purchase orders & getting those signed by superiors who are authorized for approval of PO’s.
4. Follow up for supplies.
5. Prepare dispatch report for customer in co-ordination with production departments of the company.
6. Co-ordinate with clearing agents for exports of consignments, but selecting reliable and economical airlines , shipping lines.
7. co-ordinate with Mumbai Municipality for octroi matters for exports of consignments.
8. Arrange Form A for export consignments relevant to those countries who need it.
9. Apply for DEPB benefits and liaison with DGFT for availing the benefits well in time.
10. Co-ordinate with all departments and prepare annual budgets, develop and implement system for cost control through cost centre concept with budget as reference.
11. Annual goal setting based on priorities agreed with company head.
