GC, HPLC methods as per Protocols.
b)Qualification of Analytical
Instruments-GC, HPLC,X-RD, Malvern
Particle Size Analyzer.
c)Instrument handled-
GC: Shimadzu, PerkinElmer,
Clarus,Chemito&Nucon,HPLC:Waters,
Shimadzu 2010 series. PSD: Malvern Particle size analyzer,
X-RD-Shimadzu 7000S.
Auto Titrator-Metrohm
d)Software played:-
Empower,Class Vp,Lab solution/GC
solution.Total Chrom,TurboChrom,Class
LC10/GC10,Master Sizer 2000,Shimadzu
7000s.
e)Protocol preparation and performance
of Method transfer,Method
verification for HPLC,GC,UV,&X-RD
methods as per Protocols.
f)Trouble Shooting and critical spares maintenance for X-RD,GC, Malvern PSD.
g)Pharmacopeias Reference Standard as per USP,BP/EP analysis and maintenance as SOP.
h)IRS/WRS preparation, analysis and maintenance.GC reference solvents & Column performance and documentation as per procedure.
i)Computer System validation with Analytical instruments-GC,HPLC,UV,FT-IR,X-RD and particle size Analyser as per CFR 21 Part 11 Procedure.
j)OJT for new comers and its documentation as per procedure.
k)OOS for Raw materials and its documentations as per procedure.
l)AMC for critical Analytical instruments as per STP.
m)Preventive maintenance for critical instruments GC,HPLC and PSD-Analyzer.
n)Backup, Restoration, Password Maintenance of an analytical systems & Computers.
o)Spread Sheet Validation(Excel) for standard deviation & Relative standard deviation.
